• Custom Products

All items are custom-made using the logo you provide. If you do not have a logo, we can create one based on your style and needs for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

• Pricing

Pricing can vary depending on the selected colors, sizes, and design complexity. That's why prices aren't listed on site. Contact us for a quote.

• Local Delivery

Orders that qualify for in-person deliviry within a 20-mile radies may be eligible for free delivery. If the delivery location exceeds 20 miles, a delivery fee will apply in accordance with ViMi Services & Shop LLC delivery policies.

Please consult your ViMi account manager for accurate delivery charge details. 

• Shipping Options

For all other delivery methods, shipping charges will be applied based on the selected carrier’s current rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). 

• Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all designs are reviewed and approved by the client before production.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Please ensure you review and confirm all details before final approval for production. 

• Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin processing your order. 

• Policy Updates

ViMi Services & Shop LLC reserves the right to update pricing and store policies at any time, as needed.

However, once a 50% deposit has been paid, the agreed-upon price will be honored for that specific order.
